The website and elpaladar in itself is flawless and the service very good. Unfortunately, the delivery is not, and FedEx is just a nightmare (no tracking number, no note left when the delivery was not successful, a whole week to have news about my package...) I am sorry to not give you 5 stars but your carrier is your choice and FedEx is one of the worst. A raiz de su comentario hemos estado revisando la información, tiene razón en que no se le informó sobre el número de seguimiento por un error interno y sobre envíos a Francia y tal como indicamos el envío debería de llegarle entre 4 y 7 días hábiles, de todos modos el transportista debería de haberse puesto en contacto con usted mediante teléfono.
