Description
This quarter wedge is a portion of Mahón‑Menorca DOP semi‑cured cheese crafted by Subaida. It is aged for 2 to 3 months in natural caves using traditional artisanal methods and raw cow’s milk.
The cows graze on the brand’s own pastures, capturing the distinctive flavors of Menorcan land.
