Mahón‑Menorca Subaida Cured Cheese Wedge 1/4
Origin & Production
Subaida cured cheese is traditionally crafted in Menorca from raw cow’s milk sourced from the estate’s own pastures. Formed using cotton cloth "fogasser" and aged 5 to 9 months in natural caves. The rind is brushed with extra virgin olive oil and paprika.
