Mitjans Didalets of Secallona – 80 g
These innovative didalets are crafted from a selection of the finest pork cuts (ham, loin, belly), yielding a lean and wholesome product. They are diced and seasoned following a unique family formula and subjected to a slow, natural curing process with edible external flora.
Origin and Curing History
The traditional secallona curing method was widely used in our region due to its favorable climate. Its thinner format allowed year‑round production with outstanding quality. In 2004 we introduced the “didalets” variant for modern use and ease.

- Recommended serving: at room temperature, unseal 30 minutes before tasting
