Description

REGGIAN PARMESAN CHEESE - 22 MONTHS

✅ Mig Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is a universal cheese widely used in Italian cuisine. Since 1996 it has been protected at European level by a PDO. It is a semi-fatty cheese made from cow's milk, a cooked pressed pasta with a crumbly consistency.

✅ Matured for at least 22 months, it has a fruity and sweet flavor. The only production is made with milk from the night milking, especially skimmed by the natural surface fat, mixed with whole milk from the next morning milking.

 
✅ It can be tried in many ways: pieces such as table cheese, grated to add on a pasta base, or flakes in the preparation of salads or carpaccio.
