This Iberian Cebo Morcilla Velita by Julián Martín is a compact 180 g cured sausage made from Ibérico pork and pork blood, delivering a firm yet succulent texture with rich, balanced seasoning of onion and smoked pimentón.

Ingredients

  • Ibérico pork meat and fat
  • Pork blood (dehydrated)
  • Pimentón (smoked paprika) and onion
  • Salt, spices
  • Binder: soy protein, lactose
  • Antioxidant (E‑301) and preservatives (E‑252, E‑250)

Origin & Curing

Produced in Guijuelo (Salamanca) using 100% Ibérico raw materials. The vela-shaped sausage is cold-cured for approximately 70 days in traditional cellars, intensifying its flavour and firm yet juicy consistency.

Texture & Flavor

Firm and moist slices with a strong, spicy aroma. The taste combines pimentón and onion, resulting in a harmonious, bold profile.

Serving Suggestions

Best served thinly sliced on tapas plates, charcuterie boards, or artisan sandwiches. Ideal at room temperature for full flavour.
