Germans Caus Catalan Secallona Extra – 190 g

This traditional Catalan secallona, produced by Germans Caus in Puig‑reig (Barcelona), is encased in natural casing and aged briefly in controlled curing rooms. Its rapid, artisan curing (3–5 days) preserves a juicy but firm texture and a harmoniously mild flavour profile.
