Julián Martín Iberian Cebo Extra Salchichón

This premium Iberian salchichón is crafted from carefully selected lean cuts of Iberian pigs fed on natural cereals. Seasoned with garlic, pepper, and natural spices, it is encased in natural gut and traditionally cured for a minimum of four months in controlled conditions in Guijuelo.
