Dolmen Aged Cheese Maral – 1 to 2 Months Maturation

Dolmen Maral Cheese is an artisanal aged cheese made from raw cow’s milk, matured for 1 to 2 months. Its rough grey-brown rind encloses a pale yellow interior, a reflection of a natural pasture-fed diet.

Aging Process

Crafted using milk exclusively from the producer’s own cows, this cheese is matured using traditional techniques. The raw milk is freshly drawn and blended with natural rennet, calcium salts, and lactic cultures to create an exceptional product.

Exterior Appearance
