This elegant rosé is produced on Menorca exclusively from Callet grapes. It features a pale pink with salmon highlights, expressing the island’s terroir with finesse.

Torralba Winery, wines from Menorca
Torralba Winery is located in Ciutadella de Menorca on an estate along the Camí de Macarella. Its winemaking project is closely connected to the Menorcan landscape and centres on the Alba range, including wines protected by the IGP Vi de la Terra Illa de Menorca.
The estate and the Menorcan landscape
Torralba's vineyards share the estate with olive trees, Mediterranean woodland and Menorca's traditional dry-stone walls. The natural vegetation surrounding the plots provides protection from the influence of wind and sea salt.
The estate features the marès limestone characteristic of Menorca, together with other calcareous and stony soils. Grape varieties grown on the property include Malvasía, Monastrell and Garnacha, while Cabernet Sauvignon is also used in some of the winery's wines.
Minimal-intervention viticulture
Torralba describes its vineyard management as minimal-intervention viticulture. The vines are dry-farmed without irrigation, with part of the vineyard trained as bush vines. Vineyard work is carried out by hand and ground cover is maintained between the vines to support the natural balance of the soil.
The estate management also incorporates sheep grazing and the presence of bees within the agricultural environment. These practices form part of Torralba's approach to adapting vineyard cultivation to the natural conditions of Menorca.
