Origin and production process
Espinaler, based in Vilassar de Mar (Barcelona), has more than 125 years of history in the production of seafood preserves. The harvesting and processing of the sea snail is carried out using traditional methods, ensuring a high-quality product with no additives or preservatives.
Origin: FAO 27 NORTHEAST ATLANTIC.
