Casa Santoña Mojama is a handcrafted tuna delicacy, carefully selected and cured in the air using traditional salting techniques. The process can last up to two years, achieving a firm texture and an intensely concentrated flavor of the sea.

Ingredients & Preparation

Prepared with tuna loins, sea salt, and a long artisanal process of salting and air-drying. A 100% natural product with no additives.
