Ingredients and Production
Contains Carnaroli rice from Vercelli and dried black truffle (~ 0.5 %). Packed in a protective atmosphere to ensure freshness and a shelf life of up to 20 months.
Easy and Quick Preparation
- Sauté contents with a little oil for 1 minute.
- Add white wine and allow to evaporate.
- Add 650 ml of hot water and cook for 17 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Finish with a knob of butter and Parmesan cheese to taste.
