Enjoy the authentic Raúl Asencio Milanese Panettone, weighing between 1100 and 1200 grams. Made with natural sourdough and a soft, long-fermented dough, it contains raisins macerated in moscatel and pieces of candied orange and citron peel.

Natural Ingredients & Authentic Recipe

This panettone follows the classic Italian recipe using 100% natural ingredients: wheat flour, butter, water, egg yolk, natural sourdough (flour and water), sugar, candied orange peel (orange peel, sugar, fructose, dextrose, maltose), candied citron peel, raisins macerated in moscatel (contains sulfites), extra‑virgin olive oil, honey, and salt. The glaze includes sugar, almond, egg white, wheat starch, and cocoa, and it's decorated with pearl sugar.

Artisanal Production & Extended Shelf Life

Our Milanese Panettone is crafted with over thirty hours of fermentation and a four-day process, giving it its unique texture and flavor. Thanks to the natural sourdough, it stays fresh for up to a month if kept away from heat and light, and it's easier to digest.
