de Nit Rosé Reserva is a pale, ultra-dry rosé produced by Raventós i Blanc under the Conca del Riu Anoia identity, using indigenous Catalan varieties.
Artisan Blend & Organic Viticulture
- Blend: ~49% Xarel·lo, 34% Macabeo, 12% Parellada, 5% Monastrell.
- Certified organic & practicing biodynamic viticulture.
Production & Aging
- Fermented in stainless steel tanks; Monastrell co-fermented for color & complexity.
- Traditional method second fermentation in bottle; aged at least 18 months on lees.
- Extra Brut dosage (~4–5 g/L) for crisp purity and elegance.
Tasting Profile
Pale salmon-pink hue. The nose is subtle and restrained, with delicate citrus, red flowers, faint white fruit, herbs and a whisper of rose. On the palate: fresh and saline with creamy mousse, flavors of strawberry, grapefruit pith, lemon thyme, cassis and a mineral finish.
