Menorca Honey Mel i Reines is a raw, pure and natural honey produced artisanally at Lloc Sant Nicolau, in Es Mercadal. Ana and Raúl practise beekeeping in Menorca, producing honey and raising queens from the Balearic black bee, the native bee of the Balearic Islands.

This honey is cold-extracted, without aggressive filtering or additives, preserving the authentic character of the honeycomb. It is a local Menorcan honey, made with care and offered just as the bees create it: pure, natural and full of Mediterranean personality.
