1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Semi-matured cheese. Made with pasteurized cow's milk.

2. INGREDIENTS AND ADDITIVES
Pasteurized cow's milk, lactic ferments, preservative: egg lysozyme; Rennet, salt. Edible bark of natural development.

Classification according to content of Fat: Fat (45 -60% G / ES)
Classification according to the moisture content in the non-fat matter: Semiblando (61-69%)

Bark Consistency smooth, greasy and pink. Edible.
Semi-soft paste, creamy and ivory white.

Taste Slightly acidic, well balanced. Smooth salty. Mean buccal persistence.

It can be consumed by high-risk groups except for people with intolerance to milk products or allergic to some component of the egg or milk. Although it is ready for consumption, as a recommendation it is suggested to taste the cheese at room temperature, in order to enjoy all its qualities. The bark is edible.
